Refund policy

1. Return Eligibility

  • You can return most items within 7 days of receipt.

  • Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in resellable condition.

  • A proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation) is required.

  • Certain items are non-returnable, including:

    • Personalized or customized products

    • Gift cards or vouchers

    • Health & hygiene-sensitive items (e.g., used swimwear, opened cosmetics)

2. Return Process

To initiate a return:

  1. Email us at marcusbroesgen@googlemail.com with your order number and reason for return.

  2. We will confirm return eligibility and provide you with a return shipping address or arrange collection if applicable.

  3. Pack the item securely and send it back using a trackable shipping service.

Note: Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to our error (e.g., defective or incorrect item).

3. Refunds

  • Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 7–14 business days.

  • Shipping costs (if any) are non-refundable.

4. Exchanges

We offer free exchanges for size or color, subject to stock availability. If the item is unavailable, a refund or store credit will be issued.

5. Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged or defective, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the issue. We will replace the item or issue a full refund.

6. Cancellation Policy

Orders may be cancelled within 12 hours of placement, provided they have not yet been processed or shipped.
